  1. Hi Matt, thank you for bringing this up.
    Me personally dealing with it since November 2022. Sad story truly. EA support circling users around with rude replies and false promises on soon fix.
    Wanted to point out, there is another big thread open (86 pages by now) about this and it says “investigation” for only like 2 weeks or so :D. But let me tell you, this thread was opened on November 2021. meaning they have waited to the point when people get absolutely furious to bring it to investigation phase more than 1.5 year later. We need to let more people know about this.

  2. I pre-ordered the Sims 4 Growing Together, and yesterday I downloaded the pack. However, the content did not load in my game. I then restarted the EA app, tried many different things but still did not get through. In an attempt to get it to work, I created a back up to the Sims 4 folder on my desktop, and deleted the Sims 4 via the EA app. When I loaded the Sims 4, it says I own my packs, but I have to download them to use. I DOWNLOADED THEM!!! I’m feeling very frustrated! Frustrated is an understatement! EA support keeps telling me to restart the app; WHICH I HAVE BEEN DOING!!! This IS A DISASTER!!!
