Several Sim Gurus share more info on the upcoming game pack Werewolves slated for release this coming Thursday, June 16th! Links to official tweets referenced below! We have new info on hybrids, hunting, & much much more!
There are 22 Temperaments total! (Which is a ton of variety!) 18 will appear naturally, and there are 4 unique ones that you can get when you use the Lunar Howl ability to re-roll your temperaments. https://t.co/02kLqumu8o

I think that is very, very unlikely with my understanding of how occults work in the Sims 4.

Werewolves can go out hunting if you have the ability to do so. They bring back meat, but we don’t really know where it comes from. Probably the supermarket… yeah… I’m sure that’s it. https://t.co/9TqzZSmIkg

I’m seeing this mentioned a bit, but vegetarian werewolves will come back with mushrooms instead! There is also a new mushroom steak recipe!

Fury is normally always increasing slightly, but based on your Werewolf’s temperaments, it might increase more in certain temperaments. For example: Frisky increases fury when they feel flirty. So if you’re Romantic – watch out!

One of my favorite ones is Guilt-wracked (name might be slightly off) – a Werewolf will regularly feel guilty for what they are. When I play, temperaments make each of my werewolves feel a little different from each other, so it increases replayability and adds story drivers.

One of the secret books is a diary… I won't say more. 🤫

I wanted to expand a bit on the “why”: we focused on having the 2 packs as a way of keeping the lore consistent & being able to do more with what each pack asks from you once joined. So you can create werewolf clubs with GT but should also feel the difference when joining a pack. https://t.co/fLZvIxVPgU

I would like the answer to this as well, also what if you take over the two packs, can you remake them to your own liking? And can you kick everyone out?

Becoming pack leader allows you to do things like recruit and kick members, have leader chats with the other pack leader, and change the way the hangout looks, but things like the name and values of the pack are core to their identity and stay the same from leader to leader.

I believe if you delete all the premades before joining the pack yourself, the game should generate new Sims to become the pack leaders. You’ll miss out on all the fun lore you can ask them about though!

The packs have carved out specific areas of Moonwood Mill to call their own, so their hangouts will always be in the same place in the new world. (They aren’t on buildable lots, so no travel required.)

we should probably start up some sort of joint “Thirsty Tales of Greg” patreon, huh
